Originally from rural Lebanon Township, NJ, Matt is interested in how herpesviruses modulate the immune response through secreted factors and extracellular vesicles. He is interested in exploring these modulations in multiple cell types within a complex viral microenvironment. Outside of the lab, Matt is the captain of the club flag football…
Originally from Palo Alto, California, Sonia is interested in leveraging proteomics to study how HCMV-infected cells influence their surrounding and distal cellular environments. Outside of the lab, she enjoys running, reading science fiction, and crafting crossword puzzles.
From Kingston, Jamaica, Isabel is interested in studying how HCMV-infected cells influence surrounding cells, priming them for infection. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, reading, swimming, baking and watching TV shows.
Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Ori explores how virus-infected cells influence microenvironments in organoids and 2D cell culture using proteomic and confocal microscopy approaches. Outside the lab, he serves as a Peer Health Advisor, is a photographer for The Daily Princetonian, an officer of the Biomedical Engineering Society,…
Coming from Los Angeles, California, Vito is interested in studying how metabolic remodeling impacts both latent and lytic replication cycles of gammaherpesvirus infections. Outside of the lab, he enjoys playing modern and baroque viola as well as watching movies with friends.
Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Fatima is interested in using proteomics-based approaches to study HCMV induced organelle remodeling. In her free time she enjoys experimenting with new coffee recipes and hanging out with her friends.
