At the International Herpesvirus Workshop in Knoxville, TN, Ileana presented our lab's work in a keynote lecture, while Krystal also gave an oral seminar and Xinlei manned the poster session.

Ileana is elected to the position of Director of Graduate Studies for Molecular Biology at Princeton!

Ileana will be carrying the role of DGS starting in September 2019, accepting the mantle from Dr. Zemer Gitai. She will be the go-to mentor for all MolBio graduate students at Princeton, and continue to develop our graduate school into a world-class program!

Cora presents her work on SIRT4 at the NJ ASM annual meeting at Rutgers

Cora headed up to New Brunswick for the annual American Society of Microbiology (New Jersey branch) meeting, where she interacted with many bacteriologists and got some great feedback on her work on the evolutionarily-conserved antiviral enzyme, SIRT4.
