Graduate students Krystal (IFI16 dynamics) and Laura (HCMV-induced protein acetylation), in addition to Ileana (current lab research), were invited to speak at the IHW conference in Vancouver, Canada. Both Krystal and Laura also received a merit-based registration award for their talk abstracts, and Laura's talk was included in the IHW Spotlight Session (top 10 abstracts) at the conference.
